Pixy people again shade into real life when those Brief Candles come alight to help kinsman Richard Scroby. Escaping his overwhelming aunt, he does not recognize he is the target for a Paris gang of thieves' revenge. With the help of two ghosts, he is pulled out of his rut, and finds The Girl. Scroby's aunt reforms one of the thieves and the whole of this nether-weather entertainment winds around a slightly Wodehouse-ian butler. Souffle.
