Lady Arabella and the herdsman's baby Betsy are a year old on the same day and look so much alike that in the excitement of the preparations for Lady Arabella's big party, the babies are mixed up, which, of course, leads to many complications. This has a quaint charm, and is amusingly told, if unimportant.
