AFRICAN GAMBLE

No thrills but some human interest in an account of the making of a movie of native life in Africa. Margaret Hubbard had made two trips to Africa, and decides on the gamble of a third, planned for the purpose of taking pictures in Borotseland, via the Zambesi in a tiny craft, and by plane the balance of the way. The natives, the making of the film, the experiences in securing a wife for her native boy in order to take a native wedding, experiences in a native divorce court, and the efforts to make a reluctant lion perform. Fairly pedestrian job.
