PARTY FUN

More Fun and Games (1956) continues Miss Mulac's organized socializing for the school, home, church or community center. Parties are planned for banquets, family celebrations (children and teen-age parties too), holiday parties- six in all-(Halloween, and it's hard not to think about what Donald Ogden Stewart called ""lighthearted ghastliness""; Valentine's Day-""Dear"" and ""Darling"" songs), theme parties (A Wild West party, a Newspaper Party), and specials menus and recipes for refreshments. There are brain twisters, skill games, active games, and quiet games, along with musical suggestions for each occasion. A staple interest in Miss Mulac's books- there have been several- suggest an equally wholesome market.
