KIRIE, PIRIE AND KALIKOOLIN'S PIPE

, an earth boy, and Pirie, an unidentifiable furry figure from another world, join Theodore in his search for the pipe of one Kalikoolin, who blows the smoke rings around Saturn. If they fail, Theodore will disappear-- as it is he shrinks inch by inch. In their space carriage they search for an old sea pirate, Captain Barnacle eed, and their adventure is crowded with the props and paraphernalia of both the airy tale and the more modern variant-science fiction. Sometimes old and new lash--i.e. the red velvet livery boys in the neon Lunar Lunchroom. This has been very successful in Europe and it was originally published in Sweden.
