KIRKUS REVIEW

This very simple story of children who make a real flat boat on the side of a stream and whose gost inadvertently becomes a sailor, is illustrated by Lucia Patton. It has been carefully worked-out with a vocabulary an compiled by the International Kindergarden Union and set in manuscript type as used in the schools, in order to be used in grades one to three. The characters and format are the same as in Sur on Wheels and Wings Chase the Woodshed.
