RECIPES AND MENUS FOR ALLERGICS

An introductory section by Dr. Schaffer presents for the layman an excellent discussion of the subject of allergies, with guide posts to the types and groupings within those types. This cook book is designed to be used by housekeepers faced with the problem of planning meals ordered by doctors for victims of various allergies. Milk, eggs, white flour -- these lead the lists, and to these most attention is paid. Lesser space, chiefly indicating substitutes rather than actual menus and recipes is given to other types. An important book for hospitals, sanitariums, doctors specializing in the subject and dieticians.
