KIRKUS REVIEW

Some insouciant, ingratiating moments with murder as Henry and his would-be-bride-to-be, Emily, are involved in the death of an insolvent client, Mrs. Delaphine, and have cause to suspect Cornelia, Henry's sister, who was very friendly with the dead woman in a hostile sort of way. Some nonsense about a gun hidden in a bust, a mink cape, and a bird cage keeps this going in a gay, sometimes downright funny, way.
