KIRKUS REVIEW

This is a clear and colorful approach to the theory of numbers. From one to ten, each number is introduced as a whole unit and as a fraction. The illustrations and text are interdependent and they never get in each other's way. Easily within the scope of inquiring younger children and something that first and second graders will enjoy studying alone.
