The medical editor ( on the March, After the Doctor Leaves) has again researched and rounded up the prevalent thinking on a prevailing condition-fatigue since so many people today find that while ""life is physically caster, exhaustion is greater"". Her evidence and conclusions (few) are based on the affiliated research of a number of men there is Selye's stress and Sheldon's body typing and temperament; there are the three main classifications, pathological, physiological, psychological which also there's the question of combat fatigue- which may be boredom fatigue, or motivational (job) fatigue. The most tired is the American housewife and mother; sleep in not as important as rest (and the new Consumer's Union report will contradict her dire warnings against sleeping pills) there's the importance of eating for energy, not swallowing ""hennies"", and the right exercise and posture. Famous people (Kennedy, Bob Hope, Mary Martin, and others) set a good example at the close of what is essentially statistically supported commonsense.
