KIRKUS REVIEW

Belongs with this author's Boy of Palestine, for format and content, rather than with the Kees books. Not inspired, but a straightforward, realistic story of incidents in the life of a polish peasant lad. Eleanoro Hubbard Wilson has made delightful black and whites; colored illustrations disappointing.
