THE BEST YEARS OF YOUR LIFE

A book on retirement- long on enthusiasm and short on the scientific aspects of geriatrics. The emphasis, in sprightly Dale Carnegie vein (no, we don't think it has that market), is on the importance of point of view, the potentialities of those 20 years added to life expectancy, the activities that outstanding examples of successful old age have found practicable. The arts-and where to go to participate in them; part time business; hobbies. Pretty superficial as a how-to book; chiefly a pep talk for over sixty.
