KIRKUS REVIEW

Over the years, shippers of birds, reptiles and mammals have crated or bagged their exotic freight and left it to the airlines to solve the handling problems that arose in mid-air or at destination points. This book is a series of the solutions arrived at by the airlines, humane societies and private individuals. They are easy to read and reminiscent of the filler items used at the bottom of newspaper columns, but neither essential nor particularly amusing. The book offers a full page facing photograph to each page of text.
