KIRKUS REVIEW

Factual book about water, -- its physiological and physiographic properties, the way it behaves, its value and its dangers, its omnipresence -- and how ascertained. The material is interesting enough, but the manner of presentation seems disjointed and not so simple as it might be. The part dealing with frosted foods is the best.
