KIRKUS REVIEW

With his career as ""Private Hargrove"" behind him, novelist Hargrove has turned in another debunking version of radio, if in somewhat more realistic terms. The hucksters, agents to sponsors, are ridiculed but not caricatured, and there is an awareness of their threat to the audience involved. It is, too, a story of a marriage that almost goes on the rocks
