KIRKUS REVIEW

Amazing experiences of an American who knows life in Tibet and China. The national problems of Tibet, and the even greater problems arising from the power of the Trinity of Lamas whose spiritual domain extends into India, China, Mongolia, and Manchuria. Enders has been closely associated with, and draws a fascinating portrait of the Pashan Lama. It is thoroughly interesting reading, full of delightful anecdotes, like Lost Horizon, a picture of another world.
