KIRKUS REVIEW

On Sally's head lands a peaked red hat -- then the wind whisks it away. But Sally chases it and almost catches it in a variety of odd places, continually foiled by the wind. When finally she has it jammed firmly on her own head again, the circus clown claims his own -- but Sally gets a ticket to the circus. Nonsense tale, with the peak of the red hat projecting through the hole in the book, so that each turned page shows it in a new place. Merchandise item at popular price.
