SCAMPER

Another glowing eye book -- and once again I acknowledge that I am not among the admirers. This is, perhaps, a better text than some of the predecessors, in a tale of a squirrel who finds his family, his home and his winter's store of nuts gone, when the lumber men chop down and cart off the tree. So he follows the tracks and finds the truck, and while the drivers are loafing over lunch, he removes the horde to a new hole, and thereby wins his parents' gratitude and respect.
