MISS CRAIG'S 10-MINUTE-A-DAY SPOT-REDUCING PROGRAM

This new book from Miss Craig, who began as a physical therapist and became a name at Elizabeth Arden, is intended as a supplement to more comprehensive exercise programs: ten minutes a day can't do much. Still, there's no discounting the appeal here--look how far Coach Jim Everroad's two books have come--and all the common problem areas are included (waistline, abdomen, thighs, buttocks and hips) along with a few less common ones: wrists, neck, ankles. Miss Craig, slim and straight at 50 plus, is her own best advertisement, and her basic program requires no more equipment than a chair and a wall. But this is, intentionally, for the woman who needs minor repairs on the chassis, not a major overhaul.
