MR. DE LUCA'S HORSE

Brett loves horses and wants one in the worst way. As he lives in the city, the only horse he really knows is the junk man's horse, Jerry. the junk man, Mr. De Luca, wants to buy a truck and Jerry is to be sold cheap -- for a price that even Brett could afford. There are many conflicts and adventures along the way. The book would be a welcome addition to the library of any of the many young horse lovers from second through sixth grade.
