Mitchell is a blue, polka-dotted, brontosaurus-like blimp who decides to move ""two weeks away"" for a change of scene; Margo next door is an orange polka-dotted brontosaurus-like blimp who doesn't want him to go, so she interrupts his packing with shouts of ""I will cement you to your ceiling. . . . I will stick you to your house with chewing gum. . . . I will glue you to your roof,"" etc. Mitchell moves anyway and finds that ""new is better,"" except that there is no one next door. Margo comes to visit, likes the spot, and soon there is someone next door. But Aruego and Dewey give neither of them personalities, and there's no reason anyone should care where they end up.
