KIRKUS REVIEW

Harry Dempsey is sent to Peking in order to get Sinologist Mitchill before he gets the Chairman -- Mitchill is just that unhinged -- and after Harry disposes of him, he is arrested and interned in a primitive part of China Nixon never saw. With Tsiu Lin, his former Intourist-guide now considered a deviationist, he makes another long march -- to Hong Kong. Processed politicized adventure which is just this side of all right. But no more.
