KIRKUS REVIEW

This is the second adventure of a somewhat sleazy British Secret Service agent named Otley, who is not really with the Service but only vaguely in their hire. Otley is a fumbling anti-hero, generally bleeding from a wound, catching his fingers in car doors, and an all-round patsy for both the Service and the villains. The story concerns a neo-Nazi movement based on hidden German war loot, and excitement outraces credibility.
