THE ADMIRAL'S LADY

A flouncy turn-of-the-century British whatnot, mainly involving marriages among the gentry. ""Coltish"" Susanna Farebrother whose flirtations are rather more of the dray-horse caliber, is dismayed when instead of her widowed Papa, his twin brother Uncle Will, an artist, arrives at her home to impersonate his sibling. But it seems that since Papa is off on a dangerous mission, there's a method to such madness. All ends well when Papa and Uncle Will marry two of Susanna's favorite ladies, and the colt herself falls in love with a gruff neighbor with loads of hidden charm and obvious lolly. La and ta.
