REDDY

A reissue of a book whose popularity when issued, and for a number of years thereafter justifies keeping it permanently before the public. One of the best boy stories it was my privilege as an editor ever to public. Now -- in a different capacity, I still find the book vital, well-paced, and grand reading. The period is a generation ago in a small town on the Delaware; the incidents are such as any alert crowd of boys might share. Now published in the Juveniles of Distinction series.
