Miss Grace,"" Edgar Cayce's secretary, has been too busy (following the gleam and keeping the records of A.R.E. where his little group in Virginia Beach are assembled in the Association for Research and Enlightenment) to write her own story told here. Essentially it is Cayce's since she turned ""to this man"" as a ""sunflower to the sun,"" sharing in his work and his home life and his readings which often began ""Yes. . . we have the body."" For awhile we thought we might lose Miss Grace's when he diagnosed (via one of those readings) that the tumor in her breast was due to nonelimination, but seems it did disappear with Iodex salve and a water cure. And they both carried on -- through bad times rather than good -- he lost his hospital; they were arrested for fortune-telling and practicing medicine without a license; and finally his health failed for which there was no remedial reading. The book ends as the sleeping giant takes his last one. A memento for all those who still ""bring their attunements.
