KIRKUS REVIEW

A novelette -- a book for a plus sale market. An effective piece of work, quiet, simple, poetic. Ellen at the Inn at Tintagel, Cornwall, finds her life dominated by the old legends that surround her. Her one regret is the inability to share her perception and newfound appreciation with her sweetheart, and when eventually she gets her wish, it is through a method of fulfillment that heals while it wounds. Exquisitely handled -- a book for keenly perceptive readers.
