SHERIFF OLSON

From the S. E. P. to book form comes the sheriff of Minnewashta County, Minnesota, with his many problems of office and human relations in which his own simple, honest personality, in conjunction with his fate, fortune and lucky star, combine to bring a successful end to all adventures. Kind, unorthodox, Olson wins the by a fluke; captures a bank robber by sheer courage; learns to but almost breaks his wife's heart; gets a prisoner's help in capturing criminis, turns a problem boy into a deputy and effects an easy reform; bags a picture start etc. etc. Definite put appeal in this good, warmhearted, brave and instinctively right gay ringing the bell in spite of odds.
