COCK ON THE RIDGE

A collection of poems, some of which have appeared in newspapers, Poetry magazine, etc., varied but of unequal merit. A good many of the poems are rustic, country scenes and country rounds, on to love lyrics and verse in lighter vein. An equally large selection of verse forms, from the ballad to the Japanese hokku. Feminine, occasionally fragile, but no outstanding.
