KIDNAPPING KEVIN KOWALSKI

When Kevin was almost fatally injured in a bike accident two months ago, his best friends Ryan and Mooch didn't imagine how much he would change. Once the instigator of their best stunts, Kevin has become passive, allowing his mother to baby him and giving up on the simplest tasks. Ryan takes charge--if Kevin is ever to be able to go to scout camp, they'll have to help him heal, without his mother around. The two boys ""kidnap"" him, taking him to a hidden forest campsite overnight. There, Kevin ends up saving Ryan and Mooch in a swimming incident, while all the boys have frightened their parents by disappearing. Still, Ryan has made his point, and Kevin will be allowed more freedom. A lighthearted, humorous look at the nature of responsibility, with all three boys distinct individuals.
