This book is written by a Catholic laywoman with the purpose of pointing out to her fellow believers, and particularly the women among them, how the Catholic faith can become more meaningful in every day life. It is written in a chatty, informal style, as one would talk to a friend, and probably will be more effective than many a published essay or theological disquistion. She has written for ""average, practical Catholics who rarely read a spiritual book, but who are nonetheless spiritually unsatisfied. It is an attempt to reach those ordinarily untouched by sermons, lectures or religious books. The question remains to be seen whether such people will read anything but the comics, the sports and fashion pages.
