THE HALLOWEEN KANGAROO

Jeffrey was determined to be a kangaroo for the school Halloween party. He didn't mind the inconveniences of hopping and having his face all covered, until he found that the zipper of his suit was stuck. Consequently he couldn't play in the games or eat any of the refreshments, but he did manage to trap a missing hamster in his pouch. This is tame Halloween fare but may be enjoyed by young children faced with their first Halloween parties. Still they won't find much encouragement from the poorly drawn black and white drawings by Richard Lewis.
