THE PROUD EAGLES

True nature followers as well as pet enthusiasts will find great satisfaction in this story of an Australian boy's passionate devotion to the wedgetail eagles that live and nest near his home. Arguing that the birds are a help to cattle raisers and bush farmers, he pursues his hobby, watching the mating, the egg-raising and the dangers imposed on these creatures both by man and nature. When the time comes and he is able to have an eaglet of his own, he is able to prove that the old falconry rules still hold.
