PAINTED ARROWS

A rather routine adventure story of a boy whose father was a buffalo runner and who was himself being trained to be one. Of his growing friendship with an Indian lad. Of his capture by the kfoot Indians, and his escape. Of a subsequent capture and another escape. Of his learning to be self sufficient on the prairies. And of his eventual reunion with his father. Details and story good enough, but the style seems dated and amateurish.
