GREAT RICHES

Mrs. Farnham never touches great heights, but she usually manages to turn out a workmanlike job, an ""adequate"" novel. And this is no exception. The Middle West is again her background, and her characters are average people in a small Kansas town, so plausibly presented that they seem to live and move and have their being. The story revolves around one man and two women --and the women customers who are seeking stories of marital problems with a satisfactory ending, will find this an admirable selection. A book with a wide rental library appeal.
