KIRKUS REVIEW

Delightful tongue in cheek fairy tales with a touch of oriental splendor and a whiff of Charlie Chaplin. There's a Jinni who is small and poignant, and has loyalties; there's a Sensitive Prince who sounds like a political allegory; there's a ""small sandy and more than ordinarily mischievous Djin"", and a number of other magical creatures that wont be too painful for adults to introduce to their children.
