A FORTUNE IN ROMANCE

Judy, sweet homegrown little product of a Canadian backwoods lumber camp goes to England on inheriting a thousand pounds, and stays with her glamorous society cousin, Cicely. She finds that all that glitters is not gold, and her legacy evaporates at the hands of Cicely and her fiance. She is left stranded -- but is rescued by the boy who had loved her back home, and proves to be heir to an English title. All very Maysie Greigsie. Rental tripe.
