On the side of the law, there's a city magistrate whose are always from the ""municipal freak""- Chief Fire Marshal , fireman, part detective, an indignant, insistent summons server. Among the offenders, there's a long war leader, a Times Square stickup kid, a Mrs Lavery who abandoned her twin girl bablea, Father Divine, Harry Bridges, and two stories of particular that of wily , an accountant-embezzler whose from one company totalled and Mister 880, a sweet-tempered little man who peddled from a push art and manufactured dollar bills at home to support himself and his mongrel. Some of the finer points of process serving, pyromania, counterfeiting, and other punishable professions in a high fidelity recording which considerable human interest.
