KIRKUS REVIEW

A brief text and pictures -- somewhat stylized -- by Winifred Bromhall, in color and line, tell a pleasant story about how the hurricane helped bring Peggy and and Teddy the playmates they wanted, and moved all the houses to the orchard where they wished to be. I wonder how much it would mean to inland city children?
