KIRKUS REVIEW

Dazzling lime-yellow colors the dynamic, heavy lined illustrations by the author in this story of a little boy who found out what ""having sea legs"" meant. The little boy, who lived on a farm by the sea, wanted more than anything to go on a fishing boat, but when he was finally able to go, he discovered that on the tippy sea with the pungent and slippery fish, he had to go below until he felt better because he had no sea legs. But when the little boy did get his sea legs, he was a very happy little fisherman. A simply worded text with luscious pictures which catch the movement of sea, sun and lanky fishermen.
