OBJECTIONS TO ROMAN CATHOLICISM

One of the certainties of our times is that Catholics, today and for generations to come, will offer thanks to Pope John XXIII for the windows he opened to let fresh air into the Church. This collection of articles, small in size, is relatively great in importance in its revelation of what is wrong with the Church. The contributors- Catholics all- include authors, professors, journalists, who raise objections to the outdated traditions and historical weaknesses which - despite Pope John-persist today. The subjects range from Superstition and Credulity through The Worldly Church and from Existential Reactions Against Catholicism to Contraception and War- this last treated by Archbishop Thomas Roberts. Here is a book that would spark discussion groups, whatever their faith.
