A little Italian boy's lucky day, out working with his father, includes a lot of good fortune. First off, father and son sell all their figs and eggs and buy a cart and a donkey which they name Bello. With Bello as a real asset, they haul olive oil to be shipped, bring a soft scarf home to Mama- and realize that hard work counts as much as luck.
