SEX AND YOGA

The authors have been interpreting yoga in a series of some seven books, from Yoga for Beauty to Essence of Yoga. Sex, particularly in relation to the Householder's path (as against the Celibate or Tantric--briefly outlined here) is not antithetical to this primarily spiritual discipline; demonstrated here are the ways in which yoga contributes to the health of the reproductive system, to rejuvenation, to sexual potency, efficiency and gratification, and in pregnancy and childbirth. Exercises throughout along with a closing Table of Asanas, glossary and photo illustrations. A growing audience assured of transmigrants from the morning video guru.
