A husband and wife team have told in text and gay, postery pictures, the parable of a good man who happened to be a not-very-famous general, and who chanced to discover that peace and prosperity and beauty could be made a major project of his people. He sent his army home, his farmers and his fishermen went back to work. And when his neighbors to the East and West saw the results, they decided that wars were not important after all.
