DR. NEWBOLD'S REVOLUTIONARY DISCOVERIES ABOUT WEIGHT LOSS

How to lose weight by avoiding ""things to which you are allergic""--such things as flour, sugar, and butter. Dr. Newbold claims that people go on eating sprees when allergic reactions knock out the ""Turn-Off cells"" in their appetite control centers. He himself is ""allergic to everything from yams to MSG,"" and studiously avoids, among other things, toothpaste, plastic, dust, all processed food, artificial light, and every beverage except distilled boiled water. His breakfast menu consists of brewer's yeast, torula yeast, ascorbic acid, dolomite powder, and dessicated liver powder. If all else fails, he says, try an injection of your own urine. His one important suggestion: consult a reputable physician before trying his plan.
