HER STAR IN SIGHT

Mary was born and brought up in an orphanage under the kind, intelligent wing of Monty. The girl was so full of fire and potential greatness that she worked her way through medical school, where things were tough but stimulating. Her best friend, Harriet, married a boy in the Air Corps; there is the tragedy and tenseness of the reports of those who are missing. Mary becomes engaged to the boy she had always loved, who was a doctor too. Good romance, fine people, up to the moment, and for all girls who are tempted to become doctors or surgeons.
