THE SUN, THE WIND, THE SEA AND THE RAIN

Dramatic and colorful illustrations will fascinate young children as they listen to this fable-like tale. Who among the sun, wind, rain and sea is mightiest of all? Each of these elements exhibits its prowess, but of course there is no winner. Finally, two children provide a wise answer which forevermore eradicates further need of quarrel among the four. ""It is not our strength that makes us great, but the kindnesses we do"", they realize. The author has set forth in this quarrel and resolution an interesting concept of greatness for children to ponder. Although a trifle over-detailed, this book will nevertheless hold the child's interest.
