Over 600 pages devoted to the belief that we must ""replenish the substance of Jewish living"", reorganize the social structure of Jewry in a Jewish renaissance. The author claims not to be an assimilationlat but an advocate of active, reconstructed Judaism in the face of its present-day deterioration, not only a religious reconstruction, but educational, cultural, as well. How the Jewish community will operate; the concepts to be embraced; the spiritual values offered by the Jewish faith, Zionism, the revival of the Jewish messianism; Jewish law, education, ritual, etc. Full interpretation of Jewish history and doctrine amplifies this program. Sale should be handled through Jewish organizational channels.
