Dennis fans will have already encountered Burlap the basset hound and Himself, whose blood lines were tangled. Now they come together in a book that young TV addicts will love. For they are entered in a contest for TV talent -- and with Himself's capacity for playing the fool, and Burlap's inability to keep abreast of him, they wow the public, and split the prize. The publishers tell us that there's going to be a dog show on TV and Morgan Dennis will MC it, with Himself and Burlap (as dog sized puppets) playing their parts.
