This might qualify as a picture story book, but there is enough story, and a vocabulary simple enough to fit it into the primer class, second year. A venturesome piglet runs off his weight, so he couldn't go to the Fair. But he found a way, and while the outcome is obvious, the process by which he achieved it is original.
